Request noted. I'm going to go ahead and assume you got this file from one of several clones of popular sites. These clones are using the names, keywords, etc.. of various established communities to spread malicious files and content. I advise you delete the file and run a scan using your preferred av. (I suggest Windows Defender + Malware Bytes.)
