ATTN ADMIN: Password Reset is broken!

I attempted to reset my password and I have yet to get the link in my inbox… And yes, I checked the spam folder!

I can't even get it to recognize my user/known good (Copied and pasted) password, and doesn't seem to have sent my signup email.
