i added it and then reinstalled it but its still happening am i missing something?

For some reason when i try to open mod engine i get an error pop up saying "the code execution cannot proceed because lua53-64.dil was not found" but the thing is is that i can see it its there i tried reinstalling it 3 times but the same thing keeps happening
