This one's not working for me is there anything else I need to do or is it supposed to work like all other trainers have? No options work for resident evil 4 for me Im playing the current steam one

Evening all I'm not sure if it's an update that's needed or not but resident evil 4 remakes cheats don't work I've tried to click then all but I get no response.
